Medical Records
Your pet’s medical records will be securely transferred to Bay Cat & Dog Hospital. If you would like to transfer your pet’s files to another veterinary practice, please contact the team at Bay Cat & Dog Hospital at 416-941-8920.
Medications
Prescription refills can be placed through Cabbagetown Pet Clinic until July 15. After that date, please contact Bay Cat & Dog Hospital directly for future orders.
Online Store
All MyVetStore client accounts will be automatically migrated to Bay Cat & Dog Hospital on July 24. For any clients that use our online store for home delivery, there are no changes to your accounts or auto-orders. If you’d like to transfer your online store account to a different veterinary practice, please contact help@myvetstore.ca.
Pet Health Club
All Pet Health Club members will receive an email within the next few days outlining their membership options. We appreciate your patience. If you have any urgent questions about your membership, please contact pethealthclub@vetstrategy.com.
